Here is the #3 sneak peek posted by Clash Of Clans, and guess what it is another Dark spell and this  confirms that there is going to be another dark spell and the game may update on either 30th  of june or 1st of july. Coming back to the point the new spell is know as Earthquake spell, it is a spell different than others it is based on Damage Percentage not on Total Damage like the Lightning spell. Here it is what it does.  It attacks a building decreases it's health but remember the percentage of health decreased on a Th 10 and a builder hut is same. It can be maxed till LVL 4 at Th 10. I don't know if it it is available for TH 9. Like the lightning spell it cannot damage gold storage, elixir storage and Dark elixir storage so there is no chance of zapping DE or resources using spells! but you can still use them on elixir collectors. Like I said before it will also take only 1 space in spell factory. let's see how it works in the video below. Sorry I couldn't record the video as I am outside but here is Galadon's Video:
